Delivery Time

• Within Thessaloniki: 2-3 working days.
• To all other areas: 3-5 working days.

Our company is not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping provider.

Product Returns

Product returns are accepted only in cases where the received product is defective. The return period is set at 30 days from the date of receipt, provided that you have informed our company within 3 days of receiving the product.

In case of refusal to accept the product, the shipping costs will be charged to the customer.

If damage occurs during transport, our company will review the case and proceed with a replacement.
