12:30-13:30 Briefing at the Information Center in Aspraggeloi. Option to order delicious pies (vegetable, cheese, or chicken-filled) from a nearby café, which will be delivered to the Center. Cost: €5/piece (large size).

14:00 Settle into rooms and then depart by bus for a tour of the villages of Eastern Zagori at the foot of Mitsikeli: Elati, Dikorfo, Manassi, Kalouta, and Dipotamo. Stop at picturesque Dikorfo and hike for a total of one hour on the trail to the Stathis Bridge, the watermills, and the small waterfall. The route is downhill with gentle slopes, with an elevation difference of 220m.

18:00-18:30 Return to Aspraggeloi, relaxation, and dinner at a tavern in the village square.

7:30-9:00 Breakfast.
09:15 Departure by bus for the Vikos Gorge.

One-hour hike to the Beloi location with a unique view of the Vikos Gorge from above. Then, a one-hour descent via the unique stone staircase connecting Vradeto with Kapesovo.
